Problem with skill points - Guild Wars Forums

I have an A/W, just hit level 20.
For some reason, I am unable to change my skill levels.
Dagger Mastery is stuck at 12, and the other Sin skills are stuck at 9.
If I push the up or down arrow, I can use my unused points, but the skill level does not change.

Can anyone explain why it does this, and what I need to do to get past these levels?

you have to be in an outpost/city, not in exporable area's.

I was.
I figured it out. Something was weird... I put all my stats to 1, and then I was able to change the levels.
Maybe it was a bug or something.

You'll probably need to show a screen shot or 3, one with 12's and 9's and left over points and one with 12's and 9's and not enough extra points to bump something up.

Were you previously in Eye of the North somewhere? There's an effect that does that if you're not level 20.

Should probably be noted that the highest you can raise your attributes to is 12(without the use of helms/runes/consumables/etc) and that you only have 200 attribute points. Sure you are not just simply using up all your attribute points?

Well... you have 170, and then can do two different quests that give 15 attributes each... totalling 200. You don't just get 200 off the bat. At least I think that's still the case.

I was in Eye of the North, and I was below 20.
I think it was fixed when I left the area.
It's not that all my points were used up, I know that.

I'm sure it's nothing major. All fixed now anyway.
